General bug fixes.
Added pause menu.
Enhanced UI.
Made the up and down arrows change zoom instead of the mouse wheel.
Removed ability to zoom out of the default zoom levels
When arms are disabled, they will stay disabled even when you exit and start the game.
Slightly changed the cursor sprite.
Spare ammo is now visible always.
